I have been visiting this shop for years. Last week, I placed an order for Valentine’s Day that was forgotten when it came time to pick up. However, they not only did their very best to rectify an honest mistake, they gave me way more than I needed. I even tried to say no but they insisted I accept the extras they gave me to try and make up for the small error.

What’s important to note is that mistakes happen all the time, but you really see the character of the business in how they go about handling these issues.

Finished with our signature silk ribbon and wax seal, it is a gesture that speaks before a single word is said.

Due to seasonal availability, the composition may vary, and substitutions may be made with comparable flowers. Photos show the Luxury size.
Flower Care Guide

Trim the Stems: Before placing your bouquet in a vase, trim 1–2 cm (about half an inch) off the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle. This expands the surface area for maximum water absorption.

Keep Water Deep: Ensure the vase is filled with enough clean water so that at least 50% of the stem length is submerged.

Change Water Daily: Replace with fresh, cold water every single day.

Re-trim Regularly: Each time you change the water, snip a tiny bit off the bottom of the stems. This prevents the ends from sealing over and keeps the water flowing.

Ideal Environment: Display your flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and air conditioners.
